Refund policy
We want our customers to feel confident and radiant in our jewellery. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase from Apoluna, we'll be happy to offer a refund with store credit or exchange:
Our return and exchange policy is valid for up to 7 days after purchase of goods. please email our team at info@apolunajewelry.com and we will sort this out for you. After we have provided you with the return address, please return your items within fourteen (14) working days. Items returned after seven days will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Kindly note that shipping costs of the original order will be excluded from the amount to be refunded. You should send the return products with shipping fee and possible duties, and taxes related to the shipment paid.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Due to hygienic purposes we do not refund or exchange any earrings.
Personalized products may not be returned or exchanged. If you return a package containing personalized products, we will return it to you and charge you for the shipping costs.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If the conditions and the return are not met we have the right to refuse the return.
We are not responsible for international shipments lost in transit. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs along with any other fees (international orders may have duties and taxes incurred) for returning your item unless faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returning fee
There will be no extra service fee to return your items. You are responsible for paying the shipping fee along with other fees (International orders may have duties and taxes incurred). We’re not able to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us. Please note that your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please notify us at info@apolunajewelry.com within 12 hours after placing the order. Please note that all shipped orders cannot be cancelled. Once the order is placed for personalized products, we are not able to cancel or update the order.
