Duties, Taxes, and Buyer Responsibility

• The buyer is responsible for any taxes, customs charges, and duties incurred on their purchases, as determined by the customs agency in the destination country.

• If you choose not to pay these fees:

  • Your parcel will be returned to the sender.

  • A refund will be processed, but any administrative fees charged by the customs and/or shipping agency for the return will be deducted from your refund amount.

Shipping Address Notice

• The seller ships to the address provided in your order.

• You must ensure the address is correct and in FULL to avoid delays.

• Incomplete addresses will result in return mail. An additional shipping charge will be imposed for reshipping or self-collection.

Estimated Processing and Delivery Time (Non-Peak Season)

• General Dispatch Time: The seller aims to process and dispatch all customer orders within 48 hours, excluding weekends.

• Hong Kong / Macau: Orders shipped via SF Express have a processing time of up to 5 business days and a shipping time of 1 to 2 business days, resulting in an estimated total delivery time of up to 7 business days.

• International: Orders shipped via UPS have a processing time of up to 5 business days and an estimated shipping time of 3 to 8 business days, resulting in an estimated total delivery time of up to 14 business days.
